A bunch of friends and I went to green lake to have a bonfire the other night, I wasn't to keen on being social around the fire so I took out my fishing pole and caught a couple of fish. This fish was the highlight of my night
At first I thought it was a kokanee. I was wrong.
It was a bull trout. It was awesome.

These are some photos from the past few weeks that have been kicking around on my camera.
This can turn into....
The other day while driving to go buy some tackle. We were run off the road by someone with road rage. so fuck you to the asshole who cut us off slammed on the brakes and led us to crash into a tree.
Completely off topic. but found this little gem the other day.
We were lucky enough to take out big red today, only caught a few, but good times were had!
Portaging across meadow park. Connor and Max
The boys had to come get me at the spit. As soon as they arrived I pulled a little rainbow out of the mouth of the river.
Max would be bummed if I said I caught this little guy. I did not. He is afraid of getting the hook out. So I had to do it.
Smiles all around for his little catch.
Me. Business as usual.
A little beaver doing a touch n' go as were about to leave.

When I came back home to Ontario I ran into the same problem I do every time I come home. I forget where I put the keys for my trailer lock, and I end up having to break it. This time I couldn't break it and ended up using bolt cutters to break it. After we used the bolt cutters I realized I was hammering at the wrong side of the lock. Anyway, we ended up getting out on the lake and had a good ol' time on the water.

One of our best buddies Craig Grandfield is a man on a mission. That mission is seeing the earth. So while you read this...you should be listening to this:
Him and his buddies are driving across the states seeing the highs and lows. OH AND THEY WENT FISHING. Here are some of his catches.
He set the hook real deep.
Craig is an angler.
Looks like Ben caught a little trout.
